About Us

Back in 2022, Late Mouse Coffee Co. was born out of a mandatory 14 day COVID-19 quarantine.

 

With his newfound extra time, Taven Tanger, founder and CEO of LMCC, established the company, designed the logo, and built blueprints for the cart during his at-home stay.

Alongside his Fiancé Francesca Mota, Taven worked with friends and family to find financing, purchase equipment, and build out a custom, 8ft long, 500 pound coffee cart capable of offering cafe quality espresso beverages at any time, in nearly any location, for upwards of 8 hours straight without an external power source.

​

Currently, Late Mouse Coffee Co. has done over 200 events, including a haunted house, a motocross event, multiple corporate parties, mountain biking competitions, Christmas events, and so much more.

LMCC has a bright future ahead, and is planning to attend mass-scale events in 2024, including the Folsom Arts and Crafts fair, the Midtown Farmers Market, and Foodieland.
